General Terms of Trade
The following General Terms of Trade govern the transactions and operations between PT Java Agro Exim (hereafter referred to as "Seller") and its clients or partners (hereafter referred to as "Buyer"). - Taxes and Duties: Buyers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, and related fees unless otherwise specified.
Order Process
- Orders must be placed in writing and include product details, quantities, delivery terms, and any special requirements.
- A proforma invoice will be issued, and confirmation of payment will be required to proceed with the order.
Delivery and Shipping
- Delivery Terms: Shipments will be made under agreed Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF).
- Risk Transfer: Risk passes to the Buyer once the goods are handed over to the carrier.
- Delivery Delays: The Seller will not be liable for delays caused by Force Majeure or issues beyond its control.
Inspection and Acceptance
